hi guys and girls, i am a new owner of a 66 beetle, it needs some work.

first it needs to be raised abit to pass r.w.c, is this expensive?

needs new tyres and maybe some nice wheels, where do i go for this?

i live in the south east suburbs of melbourne.

anyone who can help me would be great i have a million questions. and no knowledge, which lets me open to people who would love to fleece me of my hard earned.

what agreat site this is.

No -- ish. Depends
If it is just the front then it "should" be a matter of undoing and turning some adjusters. Hopefully it wasnt welded.
If it is really low the rear needs to be "turned up a few splines" an the torsion bars. Not major - but not a job for a novice with tools.
