im thinkin of splashin out n gettn a modern water cooled job like a T4 or something??
any suggestions on petrol, can ya run gas in em??? or diesel?
LWB or SWB??
the choices are endless..
any and many suggestions n thoughts would be great..
i need a/c in da daily as the beetle is goin to be too hot soon yeah.. (whimp yep)

i wouldnt mind trying a newer version as ive had many t2s but never a factory water cooled..

i did see one, a 95 for about 8k, but it had about 350kms on the dial, auto dual fuel apparently but too long in the km tooth for me i think..
will keep an eye out tho

Look up Redbook - they usually have kerb dimensions and all that in the vehicle specs. If available for the vehicle its sourced from the manufacturer.

I love my T3's
2.1 watercooled boxer, still has the engine where it should be, drives like a modern car, I have had no probs with head gaskets at all, 190,000 on my Caravelle, and 260,000 on my twin cab.

had major/similar concerns about getting a T3....got one a few weeks ago, really happy in all respects....hard to find a good Microbus...but worth the wait. There's plenty of good help here....

a T4 is the way im leaning towards
a LWB, diesel with the mid seat in the back with the slider windows midships and a cold wind machine for the summer,
as i dont want the wax on my boards to fall off before i hit the waves.. 馃榾 + i could rig up a semi camper kit in it also...
any more thoughts would be great
