Just acquired my 2nd 62 beetle & lo & behold it has a cd player in the dash which took me a couple of days to even notice (cheers to Steve!!)
Now i havent actually got it working yet (connection problem me thinks) but when i do i'll need some new tunes cos i've only had cassette players before (& theres nowhere to plug the ipod!) so far ive acquired Bloc Party, Keane & Ian Brown cd's, definately want the new Depeche Mode & Franz cds....
But what else sounds good in a bug??
Cheers

I can't believe someone else has the Ian Brown CD! Well then of course you have to have some Stone Roses, The Charletans, and throw in some New Order and Joy Division.

The Roses RULE!!!!!!!
Shame hardly anyone knows their stuff here, apparently Ian is coming over in the new year for some festival shows. In in England in Novenber & will catch him on tour whilst im there.

Yeah picked it up a few months ago now. Very similar to Get Ready, albeit more commercial than anything else they've done. The first 3 tracks just blew me away. Bernard and Hookey are getting on a bit now, so they need to make some retirement dosh. :P
