Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get a 60kg, 4 metre canoe from Sydney to Brisbane.
Rang a backloading crowd and was quoted $595.
I could go and pick it up for that.

Thanks

wooow...$3000
I just got this guy thru a friend who used to use him. And whats worst I cant find the buggars number. I had to use another guy in my last move, and they werent even close to Trevors standard. not that their bad, but I've been spoilt.
(I move alot, so I used to love having Trevor do the moves...i knew I could trust him and his crew. They never scratched a thing, broke a plate, or lost a box. And they weer quick.)
And I can't find his number anywhere. I know he's still oerpating because I saw two of his crew only a week ago, but i think he's gone local to stay closer to family and main business. He used to drive the interstate stuff.
He doesnt advertise, not even in local papers, because hes so good word of mouth has kept him busy for years. His waiting list was 4 weeks...thats how good his crew were. Other than travel times...they packed and unpacked in half of what it took neone else. And u never paid for a meal break. Lots of others charge u for that, because its time in and out from depot.
So trust me whan I say, I hate that I have lost Trevor's number, and no one else can remember it (last time anyone other than me moved was over 6 years ago), I think I kicked myself about 1000 times thru this last move for that one error.

Are you sure about the weight, canoe/ kayaks are generally only around the 20-30kg.
