Have recd receipts for my emails but no replys...wish I could run my business without talking to customers

have you tried ringing them, before you make comments? if you try to email CBB you also may not get replys for a long while as they are soo busy.

ring them:bounce

Terry is on here regularly, and Brad is probably somewhere...just busy that's all.

Would've taken you less time to make a phone call than write such a post

and brad is not always there so i guess he gets
to emails when he can but i know they have a
phone thats if poeple know how to use them.

But you are all right in the fact you usually get what you want by picking up the phone and dialing the number.

sort of like when you advertise something and you get all these emails and u2u's that says "plz call me about yr stuff, interested". WTF? you want something YOU phone up about it. Most businesses don't bother with email as you find you have 11tybillion stupid timewasting questions to one real customer.

Thanks for the advice ..ill chase down his alternate email...no point in ringing as hes not there or busy apparently

Brad is in Victoria at the moment doing *stuff* (and not in his capacity as CBB dude).

Many Email servers response to the receipt when they get the message. So a return receipt does not necassarially mean the message has been read by the end user.

Brad has a day job, and custom offroad is not it. He has been in victoria for the last month or so working. He has been out of phone and email access most of the time.

If you have a COR query, then ring COR and one of the boys that work there full time will give you an answer.

so is brad a part owner, or sold it, or silent partner or something?

From what I hear Brad and Dave own COR.

Dave runs COR and Brad gets in there when he can.

I worked on the COR website with Brad when he was at uni.... If you have email receipts what numbers are they ?

I do also hear that he is at COR from 1 Nov till after Christams .. would have to confirm but pretty sure that is what he said last month when I was talking to him.

He said something about having to go pick a few kombi's up but apart from that he should be in the shop, has a new buggy design to finish off for the car show next year.

that's pretty much right. His day job has been keeping him very busy (and away from home) lately. But yes, very soon he will be on a long xmas break in which he will probably spend most of his time at COR (because he is a workaholic).

if he cut time spent with the wife he would have more time to answer emails and she would have more time to plow the fields.... 🙂 just playing terry!

To all those people I left in the lurch, sorry for thatI didn't mean to go away but it seems my Boss has different ideas to myself in that regard.

Oh on the other point.. Dave runs Custom Offroad, we are partners and I spend a lot of time away.

Thanks to th efeedback I have modified the script on the Custom Offroad website so it gives out an email address which we actually check.. that was my stuff up.

Terry doesn't work at Custom Offroad anymore, he went back to shopfitting cause it pays heaps better. So i am guessing if you want to email him you need his new address. His log on is Subibaja.
