RHD Dash covers for Type 3???

Anyone know if anyone makes new replacement dash's for early type 3's in RHD? Or do i just have to bite the bullet and fork out a fortune for a reskin with a massive seam down the centre??????

How early? Do you mean the early imported models up to 1963? They are the ones with the bumps on the ends to blend with the upper door trim moulds.

No early late, '68! Empi reckons dash doctor in Ringwood Melb is a chance, anyone had one from there?

I believe the dash in my 1303 was done by them.

It is immaculate.
Luckily it was done when i got it.

The removal i think is easy. I have taken several 1303 dashes out.

Hmmmmm.... it is the replacement i would not enjoy

Thanks guys, getting it out is actually pretty simple, forking out the big bickkies is the hard bit.. saw some WCM dash pad repro's on ebay for US$69, but alas LHD!
