Every second car has personalised plates in Vic... I think they're a bit lame unless it relates to the car eg. VW1960, REDBUG, BIGV8, etc. The ones like HOT4U, BLOME, BRUTHA, etc make me sick! :P

At least in Vic when we buy a personalised plate, it is a one off fee. You put them on your car and never pay again (except for rego of course)
Imagine having to pay a fee each year just to have personalsed plates on the car?
