Tazzielittle ·

We picked this up today.
Was sitting in a shed just waiting for someone to give it a loving home.
1969 1600TL auto.
Orig 82000 miles.
Couldn't resist!
Drove it home and it didn't miss a beat.
Not bad for sitting for 18 months.
Please excuse the pic but it was dark when we got home.

Tazzielittle ·

Thanks guys.
Whatnow, yes this is the car that needed a home...
It found one... mine!

NigeType3 ·

Very nice, what your plans if it were mine id just lower it nice and simple.

Cheers Nige:thumb:thumb:thumb

70AutoStik ·

Well; lower it, sure - but get rid of the sunvisor! And warm the engine a little, the handling on her is a little too good to waste on a stock engine...

BenettonVW ·

Tazzie, get back to me re visor.. We have the same colour car, so I may be interested in that visor of yours...

Tazzielittle ·

Sorry Jim,
I think the visor is a must stay.
Gives it that little lady driving to bowls look!
But if I find another you will be the first person I'll contact!
And it seems i am having a good run with type 3 stuff at the moment.

Hey very nice type 3🙂

Good, visors are sweet and it is part of the cars outfit (and matching)😎
