I do that..not the throwing of butts, but the reporting part, you can do it all online now, which is handy!
Seeing butts on the ground is one of my biggest pet hates!

Taxi drivers annoy me with the ciggarette thing. I actually had a driver this morning ask if it was alright if he lit one up while I was in the cab. I said no, and I didn't think it was a fair thing to do to passengers.

that's rude! I thought that taxis were a smoke free zone now, and the other day I did see one with a no smoking sign on it, but the driver was smoking.
