Aircooled Run · Aussieveedubbers

Just a cut and paste of the info (or go to the link of course). Unfortunately I am tied up that weekend but hopefully there will be some pics if the veedubs join in the cruise!

G'Day Roy,
Good to hear from you. How about an 'Aircooled Run' to Somerset Dam, a combined clubs run on Saturday January 14th? We are leaving Retroscooters at Everton Park, 1pm and travelling the back roads to Caboolture, then to Kilcoy and down the top end of the Dam to the camping site. This part of the trip is picturesque and hopefully the dam will have topped up by then! The plan is to get some steak and bread and whip up the BBQ there and have a few cold beers, also available from the shop.

Travel home on Sunday morning, same way.

Let me know what you think as it would be a lot of fun. Our lot are very social and always like talking to other groups, it's good to get out of the comfort zone. I also own an old 1950s Austin, one of our members also drives a MK 1 Sprite, so there is a healthy interest in the classic cars! I am a particular fan of the split screen model!
