Yeh. it is. I saw one on EvilBay not too long ago.. don't know what brand it was though...

Just get one fabricated to your size collector and length you want.

maybe even get baffles put it - a la stock pee shooters.. even though that's kinda defeating the purpose of a loud stinger...
