frenzix ·

I personally loveit, it gives me time to catch up on things that i don't normally get time for in my busy life.

frenzix ·

Like some cycling

frenzix ·

.

frenzix ·

or some highway golf

frenzix ·

why there's even time to stop and have a cuppa

frenzix ·

mmm tetley 98 octane

frenzix ·

but when nature calls, there's nothing like a bit of privacy

frenzix ·

wow! these new computerised cars are so easy to program, 20% power increase done, stop overheating done, stop oil leaking out of motor done, now start.

VolksFolks ·

byronbus ·

How far did you get?
I know someone that wants to buy it...

frenzix ·

hehe i'm glad you all get it, you know when you have broken down like a million times in one month and something in your brain clicks and says "hey dude, get your hand off it, get out there and live life to the EXTREME!"

byronbus ·

Haha, told you to stick to splits...

frenzix ·

that is teh 90km/h zone just coming up from brooklyn. It's just inside the F5 break down bermuda triangle.. it's a small window of opportunity for cars to break down in, but damn they do well.

frenzix ·

well i was going to graft a split front on to this, whats the difference

byronbus ·

Haha, im glad you didnt have the generator and angle grinder with you...

Bami ·

hahahahaha! funny pics! at least you had your camera to keep you occupied...

I suppose it wouldnt be a vw if it didnt break down at least once on the way home hey?

frenzix ·

your a nasty piece of work golfer

kombikim ·

that is really good for the general public perception of us Kombi drivers, people driving past would have thought "oh! look at that guy - I thought kombi drivers were nuts, but he is so resourceful!"

Midlife crisis ·

Very good, love you sense of humur!
But I think you need to upgrade your keyboard to infrared LOL

Marc

Midlife crisis ·

I can't believe you actually carry a tricycle, plant pot, teaset, golf clubs and computer keyboard in your car..........just to keep the boredom at bay when you break down.......my beetle would be overloaded.

PrettyBlueBug ·

Hahaha, those pics put a much needed smile on my face today! :P

$2.63 homebrand baja ·

Timmy you nutter. I know exactly were you are there - yes the F3 Bermuda Triangle - LOL. And you didn't even get to make it to the first speed camera! Next time, call, and I'll bring you a sofa.

frenzix ·

ok second attempt to get home starts tomorrow.. new motor and all is looking good.. i still have the props + more so i should not get bored on the trip.

winerot ·

last time i went through there i was towing the beetle home from flat fours show
floored it down to bridge then up the hill highway patrol parked in a nice spot for
speeders when i raced past at what i dont know as the speedo(english) was way
past the 90mph limit & trailer wavering dangerously, must have looked a site for them
yes them, two cops in the car but hey was trying to get up the hill at a relatively good
speed.
looking in the rear view expecting the worst(blue flashing lights) but nothing just visions of them
laughing there heads off in disbelieve & probable realising that i needed the run up.

safe & uneventful journey home for you tim:thumb
ps if you are hungry pop into mullaway (5km's past woopi the elephants) will give some feed for
the last leg home mate.
cheers wally
