your driving me crazy, I keep getting bloody emails from you saying this!

In an effort to reduce the amount of spam I am receiving I have changed my email
address to

If you do not know my surname and you have had dialog with me please RESEND your
mail with the words

TRUSTED SENDER

in the SUBJECT line.
