Hey thats just up the road from my humble abode....methinks he was parking in a postal pick up zone/space....check out the post boxes.....and our local fuzz were doing there usual Bracks govt revenue quota collection bit........hey thats enforcing road safety.....Hey parking there could have caused a magnitude of road safety issues, let alone millions of road accidents.

:oYou are right.....just come back from a trip to the post office and he is in the 1hr parking space.....however I noted that the signage has been removed from the post and replaced with new signs on a metal pole since that pic was taken.
