Staff changes: Please welcome a few new mods

Hi there,

Please welcome:

* Pretty_blue_bug - general agent of chaos and happiness! 🙂
* 65busser - ICE forum moderator

I'd like to thank vdub2c and type82e for past services as moderators. As they haven't logged on in a while, they have been set back to being normal users.

In Admin land, there has been a small number of changes:

* Helbus and DasDubber have been promoted to admins
* I'm considering a new offsider and if she agrees, there will be a new geek helping with the place

This is primarily to help spread the load around a little as I'm moving to the US at the end of April, and one of our other admins is considering taking a sabbatical or just becoming a member. If it happens, we'll update this thread.

thanks,
Andrew

Congrats Dasdubber and Helbus

also Congratz to 65Busser and Pretty_Blue_bug!!!

Thanks Andrew (and zac_smits) - I appreciate the vote of confidence.
