The agressor or the aggresee?

How funny would that have been to see, a little Swift revving up against a Lamborghini!! 😂
oval TOFU ·
think of the damage if the Swift DID hit the Lambo - you could hand over the car and some more cash to pay for the damage...
baybuscamperkid ·
thats fantastic, one odd question though, what the hell is the hatchback in the pic, doesnt look like a swift to me?
baybuscamperkid ·
also, a swift with a top speed of 190!?! a little optimistic isnt it?
buzzbug ·
Go the suzi..............😀😀😀

...and a 0-100 time of 10 secs?! I'd say closer to 15 seconds... down a hill with a tail wind from Kansas...baybuscamperkid wrote:also, a swift with a top speed of 190!?! a little optimistic isnt it?
I don't think we're in Kansas anymore Toto....

the attched pic of the suzuki was of a overseas model.
more likely the specs of the car they gave was not of an N/A version, more to be a turbo'd hairdryer.
if i had the lambo, i wouldnt have wasted my time, having the pure privelege of driving one i would have accelerated away at an even faster 3.9 seconds.
that is if the clutch, steering wheel and gear shift were better positioned.

the GTI swift had 1-00hp(75kw) and a top speed of 196km/h
the gl and GA versions did 0-100 in 14.9s and had a top speed of 145km/h

In heavy traffic a well driven Suzuki could easily keep up with a not well driven Lamborghini. That's why high powered and fast cars are such a waste in city traffic. You might as well dak along in an old Beetle, which I do.
In the 1960s I had a serious race in Melbourne, in medium traffic one night, with me in a stock 1962, 850cc sliding window Mini Minor against a Ferrari, from the top of Punt Road Hill, past the MCG to Flinders Street. He passed me twice and then got stuck in the traffic and I passed him by selecting the inside lanes at the traffic lights and finely judging the changing of the lights to green, at top speed. He beat me by 50 metres, because I knew the traffic lights and he selected the wrong lanes to be in. We called off the race when we got to the busy city roads.

hehe... i used to beat better cars all the time in my 1967 MG1300... top speed... roughly 140kmh before the wheels shake the steering column apart... 0-100 in about 15mins not counting tea breaks... id win simply cos i was little and nimble and could zip between cars and pick the good lanes first 😉

Precisely fekkinell. Suzukis are tiny, zippy cars. Lambos are huge and FAT. They are about 2 metres wide and have really dreadful turning circles.

^^unless you don't mind replacing your tyres alot :P
