Hey rat dudes and dudettes. I'm new to the forum and aircooled in general, after mucking around in a water cooled for 9 yrs. Boris the rat is on it's way though, buying all sorts of bits from ebay.

G'day darren, how was the cruise today, sorry i couldn't make it today, i dont have a car anymore, so its a bit hard. Good idea about slammin the front, that would look sweet as. Im looking at a 1962 tourer convertible atm, and im going to give dave a call, hes got a beetle i might be interested it, Dave, sorry mate, i have been really busy, but will call you soon. We had 5 cars today, benny had probs with the BMW so didn't get off as we planned. Made run a bit shorter, but still cool.

Yes.....it has happened at last thanks to the much appreciated efforts of a local dubber.
The stance is exactly as I had envisioned. 4" narrow and a bit lower at the rear.

Oh yeah, it's a bumpy ride, but not as bad as i thought it might be.
I would probably struggle if it was an everyday driver, but as a lo n slo cruiser it is wonderful. It makes me smile all the time behind the wheel....and thats what it is all about. Thankyou everyone for your comments.
