Not VW...Old photo restoration?

I have a scan of an old photo I would like restored. Any ideas on someone that does this professionally in the Sydney area, although I could send it anywhere by email.
Original scan is much larger.

post a high res pic and im sure someone here will do a good job for you, here is a quick 5min play with the healing tool in photoshop..
