the only grease nipples in VWs are on beam beetles and some tie rods
i think also some have them on the pedal cluster
i work on a farm so i have a large assortment of them in different sizes and formats for the tractors and machinary
so any rural supplies shop should have them but i know my superbugs dont have any anywhere

oh yeah and there just threaded and screw in

well all u need to do is drill a whole where u want them and tap it then get a nipple with the same thread

its a good idea, u'd probably go through a full grease cartridge on each wheel and it wouldnt get grease into the bearing center where its really needed
but do that each oil change can only help
