WTB - Radio block off plate, or non working radio

Hi ther,
Can anyone help me with either a radio block off plate or vintage radio (doesn't need to work).
I need to get rid of the ugly early 80's unit in my '67.
I am in Adelaide.
Thanks very much for your help.

Has the original radio holebeen enlarged to fit the 80`s radio??
The hole in Bug Dash`s is DIN size which is smaller than more modern radio`s so alot get hacked.
If so an original blanking plate won`t fit.
I have a few and I`m in Adelaide (well I`m on holiday in Tassie til early May).
Cheers
Graham.
P.S Go the RATS!!

Hi Graham,
Haven't taken out radio yet, but appears to be DIN sized.
I will take it out to check though and let you know.
I am buying a roof rack off Paul and he said that you may be the man to talk to about Lowering and narrowing also.
I may have to get in touch with you when you get back. I'm new to the aircooled scene but am loving how everyone is so helpful.
Thanks again and will talk soon.

Darren, if the block off plate is the same in a 67 as it is in a 63 (with chrome trim), you can have mine (chrome is not perfect though) for $20 plus postage. I have one out of a 63.

U2U me if you are interested in case I forget to check this thread!
