Man, what a start to the season

Go t roped into coaching again
The 10/4's started with at solid 3-1 win. Think i have won the parents over. They played bloody good!

On top to boot it was my kids birthday.
Was he happy or what!!

Then our O35/4's had a win as well

Down 2-0 at half time, running with the wind, we managed a 3-2 win!!

Now its off to pizza for the birth day boy

Man i love soccer season!!

I'm coaching too - U8's soccer.

Played this morning 1st game. 8-0 half time, 12-0full time. Not bad for my first time coaching.

Felt a little bad for the other team - hard knocks lesson for them.

Heads up for soccer fans.

On SBS soon is a show called Nerds FC.
They are taking 13 self confessed nerds and training them for 3 months to go up against some a grade teams.

My youngest boy played his first game of the season last weekend for the U/11s and they won 5-0 and he scored twice! But I had to work so I missed it🙁 Yesterday he had to play up in the U/12s as they were short on players but they lost 5-0 but he still had a really good game. I was hoping to coach my other sons team this year -Youth 1 (U/15s) but with this job I can't get the time off.

My sons 13A side went down 4-3 with one minute to go.
Daughters Womens 16A side that I coach won 2-1.
Eldest daughters all age womens side went down 3-1.

Soccer (oops football) both Saturday and Sundays doesn't leave mich time for anything else (other family time, surfing and 71 Kombi). Training on 4 nights of the week also.

My daughter used to play football, but switched to netball last year. She had her first netball game on the weekend - won 39-0. By the time it was 10-0 we'd stopped clapping each time they'd scored. We ended up trying to cheer the other team on, poor tots.
