ive noticed lately ppl ask where is such n such etc..
so i thought how about a thread for long lost members or recently quiet avd members..
as of now we have 5028 members of which 433 logged on in the past 24hrs..
seems to be a lot of ppl 'missing in vw action' or i suppose a lot of 'one night stands' have been committed on the AVD..
so if your after someone put it down here and see what anybody can do or knows of such whereabouts??
Where are they now ?

There already is a process which is based on that principle. It is much longer than 3 months though.

If you log out you can't view any of the pics on the site.
So people are "forced" (for want of a better word) to become members just to see the whole forum, irespective of whether they intend to comment.
Others join simply to make use of the 'buy & sell' , then disappear.

i ended up on a where are they list...thats so sad...
ok, been doing so much lately, but all good. ANd a few weeks back my puter died, fixed and upgraded puter, hardrive died...moved house, and internet takes about another 4 weeks to move....insane when u think about it....
and besides....for what seemed a very long time, avd seemed to be getting rather down....but...good to see so many happy ppls are back....
so to all who missed me....Hi!

:bounce hey bayybeee! it's been so long, so nice to share my moment of glory at dubs with you...... avd HAS been a bit on the whiffy side of late :duh I am in the process of shifting, back to the northside(civilization), upgrading poota etc myself so I know how you feel. Hope you are making plans for valla though 😉 :thumb
bugeyedbabe ·
going to valla...hell yes!
my birthday is right about then, and its my present ...getting away from the kids and not being a mummy for a few days...perfect!
i gather you'll be there...what about thorun and the rest??
$2.63 homebrand baja ·
thor and I are definates, james and the 'colostomy gang' are apparently going, basically the motley cluster you had the pleasure of meeting under the tree are going. I now have adopted a kombi called daisy (see avatar), dunno, after the bitter cold last year I think thorun has ideas of sleeping in my kombi with me.... peeps will get the wrong idea 🤪 she can have my tent and an electric blanket 😂 ooh btw if ur camping... get an electric blanket, they have powered sites... omg I was so-oo cold last year... cold and lonely, and drunk, and hungover, and drunk, and hungover... :o 😀 I wiil definately be bringing the coffee perculator of perkiness again... watch out! 🥷
Anthiron ·
:O heather!!! im dissapointed.....u better jack that kombi up!
it also looks pretty clean....festy will get jealous.
bugeyedbabe ·
i love daisy's color.....so nice and green....just like ediths wheel archs...or as she likes to call...shoe shields...
i'm going, but thinking or camping away from u rifraf...that way i can seduce all those drunkard mens who got no action elsewhere ... NOT...and i better not start getting offers for bad sex from ppls like cod fish harry...
but will def catch up with u ppls at some point...ok...will follow u round like a sad little puppy with no friends of her own....wishing depserately that someone other than nigel no friends would call me up and ask me round for drinks...
$2.63 homebrand baja ·
😂 you should have seen me driving when I first got her, apparently I developed a 'lean' in my seat, I thought the thing was going to topple over on corners, so I unconsiously prepaired for the worst. It's ok now the nrevous 'tic' has gone but the standard clearance is nearly as high as festy as is, I don wanna raise her, bounces nicely over speedbumps 🥷 festy dusn't mind as he is will now be able to get the attention he has craved for so long, it's all part of a long winded plan, daisy is now the daily driver 👍 she is very purdy in comparison to festy, I feel all gurly in her, like a friendly approachable hippy compared to a scary looking feral 😏

hey nothing wrong with being a nigel, gather enough nerds and you have a posse! thats what we do 😉
yay! offers for bad sex from dirty old dodgey fisheymen, builds your self esteem :puke
Daisy is pale babypoo yellow, mustary and fresh... mmm I just wanna hug her, and i can unlike festy who leaves black marks on ones clothing 🥷
bugeyedbabe ·
lol....
i know the truth...now feisty has onw dog of the day...u can move onto a real vw...and try to win a real trophy....
but thats ok...im gunna get u to poo paint edith so i can win next year....
actually...think i'll leave it...she might win on her own merits....next to feisty she had the worst paint job......another year should make her the clear winner...😁

changed my name twice. amazer, amazeer and amazeeer. Because after a while my user id cant see half the pictures. Created this ID when it happened the first time. Then it happened again, so now I swap between this and the other when I realise I am missing out on some pic action. I also get double the new post emails once 68autobug has posted too. Jay dont often post anymore. I guess she is too mature for us now. 😉 The days of full chat rooms were cool.
h ·
hmmm... the topless fasher at valla from a few vallas back..
so where did thorun get to? 😉
The_Bronze. ·
Me not gone none where.
Baja 'DropBear' sold to Qld but I have a 64' Rat now.
Just found out this week that my neighbor behind me has an immaculate 73 T2 camper in his shed. I have known him for ages but neither of us knew the other was into Vdubs.
warm fires,
B.
