If you cant get any from the usual wrecking yard sources, you can buy swivel feet from CB
that fit the later ones with the bigger thread.
I have helicoiled the later ones to fit type one swivel feet, and they worked well if the adjuster nut stayed tight.

what's the CB part code? looking at their site i only saw 9mm and 8mm swivel feet.

They are the 9mm ones.

cool, i was under the impression that they were 10mm.
