well, can you just use a 60's or (preferably) the oval headlight glass in it's place? That's what I'm wanting to do - blinker in the haedlight assembly, run headlight bulbs with the oval era headlight glass (with the oval patterned flutes)

i am already a grandfather 1.6 times over ha ha ha
but it would be easier just to drill a hole in yer light frame and attach a part of a taillight fitting with pop rivets and bingo
no pulling yer 2 assemblies apart to make 1

hmmm.. fair enough! might have to source additional buckets though.. dunno if I wanna go drilling my oval ones... We'll see, i got some hrley blinkers coming my way, I'll see how much I like them first..
