When to sell and when not to sell

Hi All,
Dont you hate when you get into a position and the only way out is to let go of something you really love. I am in the position where I have to sell the square and I was hoping to keep it forever for my little girl. I am crazy upset and wish I didn't pour so much $$$ into my oval to get into this position. I would've rather taken and extra year than sell the square but I have and I have to do it.

We have all proberly been there b4 but it sucks and I wish I could sell something else.
How do you get around it... 54 beetle anyone?
