Where can you buy a NEW Type 4 oil cooler?

So where can I buy a new type 4 cooler. I can get 1600 type 1 coolers for about $170 new but I am finding no one seems to have the larger coolers from a type 4.

Any suggestions?

And no I don't want a cleaned out 2nd hand one !!
