or selling individually you will sell selected parts well over $1000, i dont get it.
maybe i'll just buy the car and sell the parts seperately myself 🙂

simple really parting it out makes more money as a number of individuals get what they want and only they want, and pay for that privilege of not having the whole car.
You also have to take into account the time and effort to not only strip the car but to deal with all the inquiries.
I am sure MR rescue would be quite happy for you to buy the car whole and make a profit.
You got a tow car and trailer I take it.
Breaking cars is hard work and dirty and you get left with the junk LOL

m8 he has to spend his time to pull it to bits to part out - time is always worth money. Thats why parted cars usually sell for more than the total.

OK I'll be the devils advocate here...
Us folks in the bush - and probably those interstate- neither have or want a Syd White pages and if a locatation was placed in the for sale ad it would save prospective buyers the cost of calling to see where in Oz you are, and save you answering lots of calls only to hear "Oh Syd? I'm in Adel"( or WA or NT)
