We are heavily into the planning stages of the event and the post event tour. Anyone who came to our 50th vw anniversary show and tour, will know what im on about when i say, that was the best and most memorable event that many people in Australia will have ever wittnessed. Car convoy led by 2 split window bugs right through to the modern. The convoy was around 6 kms long.
Im busy working the next project for the event. Ive booked my holidays with work for the tour section already. The last time was the best. If you miss this event you will be spewing later!!!!!!!!!:repuke

Blutopless and I are going and we can't wait! We went to Tassie earlier this year and had the best time. Tassie is an awesome state!

The only issue is over which car should we take??????

I know of five high quality resto's going on locally just for the Bug in (all rare or harder to find models) so there will be some new talent around. Been a big jump in local quaility cars around in the past few months.
