scored this to-day for free havnt decided what to do with it yet . chop top drag body , put it out front with a sign saying vdubs wanted , paint it red for the kids to play the wiggles in , let brenton cut it up for rust repair sections , any ideas guys ?????

Indeed it is...not to be picky but Pete is driving it but Rod Richardson owns it (the old Volksrestore drag bug that has been repainted and rejuvenated by Pete and Rod). Unless you are talking about Pete's original yellow and pink scalloped drag bug?

Mate, its great ur doing this and all, i just worry, with having many projects going already, do u rekon u would eva be able to finish one? U might be able to, but its a delimma i have had to face. was gonna nick off with a free 59 beetle at one stage, not only was room a limiting factor, but it would come to a point where i would never finish one and keep finding one i think is better.
might not be an issue for ya, and its great to have heaps, would die for a backyard full of em. but yeah.

I'll get them finished! I've set up my bank account so I save as much as I can automatically (Transfers money automatically, so I don't miss it too much eventually) But yeah, my Veronika will be off the street end of this year to have another freshen up while I work hard on Susanne and this latest bug.
At least I have two working non-VWs to keep driving.

Definatley would be a good project for me, I am thinking stock as a rock with a few period extras... and a 1916cc... and a narrowed beam... and a drop in suspension height!
