Do u mean the mirror hinge pin ??? or part of the hinge plate ???

Take one from a wreck-only need to bend back some tabs to get it out.

Its the plate the hinge bolts to.And yeah like nbturbo suggests you only have to bend a little stip of metal out of the way to remove it.
I'd do this but i don't have a wreck..
