Why hasn't this picture been banned and deleted from the server.

It depicts male nudity, is very offensive, didn't carry any nudity warnings and if you;

1. Open up the image in an image processing program, like the Gimp, Photoshop, or similar.

2. Go to the brightness adjustment. Ramp it up until you see something.

3. Go to the contrast adjustment, fiddle with it until you get to see even more.

Trust me, you could see the tool and cruits.
