Thing sighting in Melbourne

I sighted my first Thing yesterday. It was on the road to Warrandyte. Until then I didn't really believe they existed! 🙂

My wife was impressed with my encyclopediac knowledge of VWs. Actually she thought I had lost the plot when I started yelling "Thing, Thing!" and pointing wildly at a car. 😉

Anybody here own it?

hi i seen one of those old army things what ever thay are at mooraduct cool stores on the way to morington pensular looked like thay stuck it to a bug ?? any one seen it

See the Warrandyte thing a bit. We drove down the Eastern Freeway to the city together on Friday morning and he waved. Very cool:thumb

Well I created a mini cruise by sticking on him and checking the thing out. We are usually going in opposite directions😀
