I have front and rear swaybars for sale - not required on a car I recently purchased

Front and rear swaybars for L-Bug (IRS rear)
Both K-Mac brand. Front bar (extra-easy bolt-on type, not replacement for normal bar) and rear bar both measure 18mm. Could do with a lick of paint but, hey, they're swaybars...

How does the front one work? does it bolt on under the stock one? i was looking at building the brackets etc for a second from swaybar next weekend.....
