I got home last night and there was a Filmore waiting for me. My lovely Wife stopped in and bought 3, 2 for the little kids and 1 for the big kid so there wouldn't be any fighting. :P
The kids are driving theres around the house like crazy people.
Turns out you don't have to buy the happy meals to get them which is good.

I got mine last night. I must say, I'm not impressed. There is something going on under the floor of him. I think he has a bit of a woody, and it bends to the left dramatically. Needs help.

Its got the 2 chassis rails down either side, but then something running down the centre, with a kink near the rear torsion bar??? And the hippy graphics down the side are kinda washed out, not bright colours.

And worst of worse, If you line up Filmore against Luigi for a drag race, Luigi blows the doors off of Filmore.

Vietnamese $2 car makers. hmph.

How about one of the heater ducts. My actual kombi only has one on at the moment and looks exactly like that.

when i was in geraldton a couple of weeks ago i went in with a workmate and asked if fillmore was in stock. it wasnt so i had to get the porsche so its all good.

i got a lot of funny looks and laughs from the young girls..also scored a number.

i guess people love people who love volkswagens.
