who sells the bulbs for the semaphores and i need other 6v bulbs for brake lights etc. in sydney

I got mine at the local Auto Bahn both 6 and 12 volt , the only problem was trying to explain to the 18 year olds that work there with no idea of one end of a car from the other what a semaphore is...

i went to 8 different auto electricians and two vw supply stores trying to get a 6v headlight globe for my 60 beetle a couple of weeks ago and the only place i could get one stung me 25bucks :cry for the globe as i had to drive down the coast that night i had to buy it ,when i got back too geelong the next day i went to visit my local atuo sparky who i have used on all my of my pre 65 cars for the last 15 years he not only pulled out a box of them sold me two for five bucks then told me he had a pair of old beetle taillights out the back he thoght would look good on my car .you guessed it a mint pair of 54 heart tailights he said i could have cause they were no use to him at least something came out positive from the experience:thumb
