super beetle ie 1302&1303 2440 and on the late would this be taken from the centre of the pivot point for the lower control arm on the macpherson strut front end .

This may not be the same point as the stub axle centre line due to caster angle.

Ive just read through my VW handbooks or Instruction manuals that are sold with each car, and the wheelbase is listed as.

The Torsion bar cars up to 1302 & 1303 have 2400mm

The 2 strut models 1302 & 1303 have 2420mm

The late 76 torsion nar and 1300 models also have 2400mm

hope this helps... What is it exactly you need ??
