Some people just want to be able to say they have some originals stored under their bed for the wow factor of it. For some, building the collection of rare shit is where the fun is. If you have the cash why not, its not like they are going to go down in price. Not a real practical purchase as I don't think you would drive with them on. $6K tends to be what they are fetching these days though.

Repros will do for me thanks, less to worry about, spend the rest on the motor.

I used to love these things. Now you see the repros everywhere, so they have kinda lost some appeal to me. I'd rather an original set of sprints then spend the change on a holiday!!

you also need the mounting stud hole inserts and studs n nuts to fit the dam things there probally harder to find

$6K for some rims? too pricey for me. I would prefer to use it on a new donk for my kombi. Suby conversion.

thats 6k US. so thats 8000 aussie dollars plus freight and import dutys + tax

sowhat, youd probably be looking, 9000+ for these rims.
