hey, would this fit into a 1970 bug. i have the problem of my petrol is filled through the side of the car and i have a shitty petrol cap that when i fill my car up with petrol and throw it round corners a bit the petrol seeps out and runs down the side of my car and it has started to corrode the clear coat off and u can see the streak marks. i was told of fitting a 50's style tank or do u think that, i've seen in similar bugs to mine they have screw in caps that seem to be alot more sturdy and probably wont let petrol out. what do u think? or anyone for that matter ? coz getting a whole new tank is a bit more extreme than just fitting a screw in cap. neways thanks.
