kombikim ·

the weekend before Vala I decided to drive to Brissie to see Andy, weather forecast was good for Friday, however, when I got north of Coffs it decided to keep pouring all the way to Brissie

I took these videos around Brunswick heads, I dont use the wipers much

Let's know next time you're on the road.

kombikim ·

:P
you wont miss me

Quincy1874 ·

So let me get this straight....

You were filming, while drivin in heavy rain with no wipers, ...????

Holy Shit man,,,, that's an accident waiting to happen......

kombikim ·

I wasn't actuallyu looking through the camera, took a few guesses,

wipers on Oval generally dont make a lot of difference

from years of ridding motor cycle in pouring rain you learn to focus past the drops on screen, which is easy on oval because screen is so close, not so easy on cars with sloping screens, my Austin Healey wipers were worse & it used to rain on the inside & outside of screen, which was fun at Oran Park or Amaroo Park

65busser ·

That's what I'm worried about.

squizy ·

Ha ha. And the problem is Kim? Looks like normal operating conditions to me.😵

kombikim ·

yup Squizy, normal daily grind on F3 :P

Andy ·

Well you made to Brissy and back, so can't be all bad.
I too have found you often see better without wipers, particularly with the aerodynamics of a VW.
Thanks for the visit Kim!
