How did the JVL Racer go at Valla ?

Well over $160,000 of finely tuned race car, so how did it go at Valla??

I'm sorry I missed this historic day :kiss

What is everybody's verdict of this car?

John has a awesome car.

Didnt see you there Craig But john was at the Saturday night do. He is avery nice bloke, which cost him nothing at all .
Perhaps you should consider some nothing as well

I saw Johns car it looked great, didn't see you or your car Craig , but I post like this shows your true colours.

he turned up fashionably late, through no fault of his own, pushed the car out of the trailer, started it straight up and did some laps...it was nice to see it going/running once again.

it looked better behaved on the track than before and he enjoyed the run.

awsome car, kudos for holding onto his vision for so long and making it a reality.

Craig was racing his Beetle at a state championship hillclimb event on the weekend of Valla. Bat69 was too.

I'm glad JVL's car made it to the track although I missed seeing it. (It wasn't there on Saturday?) What does it go like? Did it put down any times? Will it be any more competitive - or fun - than, say, a Beetle with $10K invested? Some of us are interested in how it actually performs. After all, it is a race car built with the best of everything!

I recall seeing this car at the VW nats Drags a few years ago...it ran a big speed, so I am guessing that it has a lot of power, looks like fun!.

Na the first time he left the line it missed and farted for a whille then cleared out i think i was deffentlly him i was sitting right next to the start line both days
