I used some Monroe gas and they failed front and rear after 14 months, which I found to be very poor considering the warranty was 12 months.

I have had Gabriel set in for 7 years now and they are still ok. They cost $240 for the set of four back then.

If you want the best, and ones that will last forever (rebuildable) then Koni's are the way to go. Expect to pay close to or over $500 a set of four.
