Hi fellow dubbers!
My 1300cc single port motor is running with a lack of power. Like if it is running on 70 percent power.

It is still 6volt, it has a rebuilt genee, new voltage regulator, points are good and motor runs and does not miss fire. If it is sitting still and running you would not know there is a lack of power.

Is it the coil? or a faulty lead or plug? or something else///=====

If it is running smooth it is not leads or plugs.

How "healthy" is the motor.
When was the last time it was rebuild??
Any idea what compression the cylinders have??

take some of the bling off it & give it to me !!

Could be a number of things, check to see if the dissy is advancing, check compression, when was the last time the valves were adjusted and the bottom row head studs retensioned?

Thanks guys, the motor has not been rebuilt. compression of motor was good. valve adjustment was necessary. and just for good measure I will fit a better condition coil. I will let you know how we go...cheers..supercharged 66 Zsolt brizvegas...
