If only you lived in Brisvegas i could give you some stainless or alloy tube, i got heaps of it, was given to me by a mate, i've got about 50 metres of the stuff. Project is lookin good by the way. Cheers Damo.

Hi Malcom

Ive joined clutch cable tubes before by using a shock bush sleeve as a ferrel.

Because I had to cut away so much in my tunnel, Im going to use the 944 lever and cables, the lever will sit next to drivers seat on the heater channel, hope its not pain in the bum there, literally.

Karmen if I remember annealing copper & alloys softens then because they work harden I think its been a long time sence I made a aluminium panel.

just get auto cables to make you up some cables like on a motor bike.

When I did my conversion-I cut all the tubes from a scrapped pan to redo the handbrake tubes.Found some tube that just slipped over the originals-silver soldered it all together and made sure there were no gaps to catch the cables when feeding them in.
