removing hinge-pins early t3 door?

Any tips from the wise ones?

Ren has just realised that the replacement door for Tanaka-san is a later two screw hinge and the car has the three screw plates in the doors. We've just transferred all of the internals from the stuffed door and this is the only thing holding us up. Theory we're running on is that we can just swap over the hinge-ends and everyone's happy?

quite often they need to be heated up and punched out.
