I'm Urs from Switzerland.
Me and my wife will go for a long holiday (honeymoon) in December 2006. We will start at Adelaide and drive through the Ocean Road, via Sidney, and then toi Brisbane. I'm involved in the Swiss/European CalLook-Scene, an wondered, if there in Down Under is a Meeting or a Shop i have to visit in this Time (8.December until 5. January). I hope i can see at least a nice vw-shop, cause i cant travel a month without seeing a nice Bug ;-)

Unfortunately as far as events and such go, I think December/January is a bit of a dry period... If it were a little earlier or later you'd be in time tor the Old Bar Beach Festival in Tarree during November(biggest Kombi meet in Australia), or the Sydney VW National's in February... or Jefferey in April. 🙂
