Some seriously skilled riding there. You don't get a second chance at those kind of speeds.

That reminds me of when I was teenager and I was sitting at home doing my homework one night back in the late 1950s. I heard a police siren going around and around the neighborhood for about an hour. Then it stopped and I thought nothing more of it.
A few years later I bought a Sunbeam Alpine sports car and one of my sister's boy friends told me about his adventure one night in his Sunbeam Alpine.
He was speeding on Stirling Highway when he was chased by a police car. He fled into Nedlands and Dalkeith where he quickly discovered that he could play ducks and drakes with the cops as they were in a Ford Zephyr. They had no chance of catching him, and they had his number so he decided that he might as well have some fun and be hung for a sheep as for a lamb.
He tired of it after about an hour and hid in a back lane until he thought it was safe. As he turned onto Stirling Highway to go home he was pounced upon by a cop on a motorbike, so he stopped as he had no chance of getting away.
I think he was fined and lost his licence for 6 months. He sold the car because he knew that he was a marked man.
