audi rims

Hey guyz,

How will these rims go on a bay window bus?

7.5 J X 17 H2
THE OFFSET IS (ET) 45.
THE PCD IS 5 X 112.

Im guessing i may need to open up the bore, is this correct?

How are these rims going to make my bus handle?

i have 16x7.5 et 37 and they are perfect...with the extra 8mm offset you may polish the paint on the trailing arms depending on tyre size but the handling is brilliant!

going to run low profiles of some sort if i go with these rims...

anyone else got any comments on the offset?

well standard offset is 35mm i think? so 45 may have few side effects as rocknrob said

I ran 17x7.5 merc rims on my lowered bay. They had an off set of about 46 or 47, i cant remember exactly. They were a tight fit both front and rear. Very close to the spring plates on the back and rubed slightly on the top trailing arm under full lock on the front. This could easly be fixed by fitting wheel spacers, they would only need to be 2mm or so.
