OK - i was wrong about some shifters

OK - i just installed the CSP shifter i got the other day.

Talk about a difference. Now a positive shift.
Went straight in - no adjustment and looks the part!.

Tried a few other shifters and was always happy with the short shift kit and a stock gear stick with after market knob. $ for $ - i guess i still like that set up.
BUT I LIKE THIS ONE!!! :bounce

where did u get it...and how much ??

my kids are driving Edith more and more...and I'd like to get one they dont keep playing with just to find reverse.

I figure if I can ensure the ride is nice...they will all (in time) convert to only vws...I knwo I have three of the four happy to drive the dubs...YES!!

There's no way you could make a good quality shifter for $3.50. If you can I'll take 10.

Thats nice looking shifter Barry, and it has a round knob which is what all shifters should have.

$300 Aussie plus postage..... not cheap but they look good.

Yes I have, my Prado has one, its an auto, I also have a Scat dragfast in my 1300, but I got rid of the T bar.

I got a peice of chrome towel rail off cut to cover the stock shifter shaft ,ally chrome ball ,$2.00 short shift kit second hand

I agree with Steve,
Got to have a round knob on a manual shifter, Tee bars are for autos
