What exactly is it you are after? What is a gearstick extension?

You unscrew off the gear knob, and the extension screws onto the gearstick, they are probably 100-150 long with another threaded end on it to re-screw the gear knob on the end of it, making the geartick longer and you dont have to reach forward to change into 1st or 3rd.
