Hey peeps
I'm after a braided steel accelerator cable with an closed hook on the pedal end and the normal bar thing on the carby end. It's about 2650mm (give or take 20mm) long. If I can get it by friday that would be great (express post?), otherwise, i'll have to wait for the shops to get it in stock..
Help a dubber make it to the Fyansford event!

Hey Chris, I have a solid wire one out of a 57 beetle here if thats any good to you. Complete with both ends and usable. Come and get it

heres an idea.
recently my accellerator cable snapped so i went and got my spare which was the wrong kind!! later styl;e braided cable with the offset bar on the front instead of the hook.
i needed the car so i bent the bar around into a hook with 2 sets of pliers and it works perfectly......braided cable for an early car.
mick motors about 10 bucks.

I have some at home I think, I can call there later tonight and see if someone there can find them and leave one out for you. 6v length but braided.

i recently bought one but it was too short (its since gone on ebay).
my solution was to buy some wire rope form mitre 10 and a couple of swages. works a charm! swage both ends and bobs your dads brother!
